Islip Goes Purple in Support of National Recovery Month

August 31, 2020

Today, August 31st head to the grey Sayville Chamber house on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Montauk Hwy (stop and shop center)  from 10am-2pm to get a free purple bow and lightbulb in support of National Recovery month. During the month of September, the Town of Islip encourages residents and businesses to “go purple” and show their support for our neighbors struggling with addiction and celebrate those on the path to recovery. Head to Islip Goes Purple for a list of virtual events and resources that support the mission.

If you can’t make it to grab a bow and lightbulb, you can print this flyer and hang it in your window to show your support!
