Two Boys! Ages 3 years old and 1 year old. #boymom

We love going to the beach, parks, and being outside!
Tell us about your career and business?
I am a licensed social worker and certified pediatric sleep consultant.
Why did you decide to launch your business?
I decided to launch my sleep consulting business after experiencing first hand how sleep deprivation can affect you, your partner, and your overall family. I struggled significantly navigating my first son’s sleep thought out his first year. After I had my second, I struggled as well and decided to become a certified sleep consultant, my goal is to help families get restorative sleep, support their little one’s sleep, and feel confident!
What is something you want Moms/Parents to know about your business?
Because I have experienced sleep deprivation and navigating healthy sleep habits with my own children prior to becoming my a certified sleep consultant, I understand and can provide empathy to the families I work with. I provide an empathic and customizable approach to the families I work with to ensure they are receiving services that are aligned with their parenting styles and family values.
What motivates you?
My children motivate me and my desire to help other families feel navigate their children’s sleep journey.
What is the best advice you can give another mom?
You are a great mom and know what is best for your baby! Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you are struggling with any part of motherhood!
